What's inside
A children's home is not one job. It is the day, the child, the medicine cabinet, the team, the building and the account you give of all of it. KingCare holds each of those, and keeps them connected.
What happened, who was here, and what still needs doing.
One place for everything about one young person.
A MAR chart that behaves like a controlled record.
Who is safe to work a shift, and the proof of it.
The building, the vehicles and the rules you run by.
The account you give, built from the records themselves.
Availability depends on your subscription. KingCare reports evidence coverage — what is recorded and what is missing. It does not score your home, and it does not predict or imply an inspection judgement. That remains a matter for inspectors and for your own professional judgement.

For most homes, largely yes. Alongside care records, KingCare holds the rota, the training matrix and staff deployability, the MAR chart, home safety checks, maintenance, vehicles, policies and acknowledgements, and the Regulation 44 and 45 cycle. The point is not the feature count — it is that the evidence for one thing stops living in a different system from the record that created it.
Properly. Medications carry dose, form, route, prescriber, review date and consent. Administration records capture the witness, and refusals and delays with their reasons rather than a blank. PRN medicines have their own protocol and an outcome review, and controlled drugs have running counts with two-signature recording.
No. KingCare helps organise records and evidence. Inspection outcomes depend on your home's care, practice and the inspector's judgement.
Yes. Start with a walkthrough. A 14-day guided evaluation is subject to approval and does not convert automatically into a paid subscription.
The first five approved founding homes receive a £150 monthly base price per home for 36 months. The subscription rolls monthly, with 30 days' notice, final calendar-day prorating and refunds of unused advance payment within 14 days. The signed founding agreement governs the offer.
